Girls night in

I love girls nights…it is seriously one of my favorite things. I’ve managed to make some really great friends through work. Some of the ladies have moved on and we don’t work together anymore, but we’ve managed to keep in touch and make time for one another. It’s always great to catch up, have girl talk and lots of laughs.

We went to our friend Melissa’s house and had a great time. We usually plan on watching a movie or playing games, but get so caught up in chatting that it never happens. Last night was no exception. We all got together, brought some delicious food and began the festivities. The spread was ridiculous. We had hoagie dip, cheese/olives, bruschetta, spinach & artichoke dip, sausage meatballs and chicken caesar burgers. The wine was flowing all night long. For dessert we had cupcakes and strawberry shortcake. We left very tired and full!

In my opinion, girlfriends are so important. Being an only child makes them even more so for me. The relationships I have with my friends mean so much to me and I value each one. I feel blessed to have some great ladies in my life!

It looks like such a fun night!! The food looks absolutely amazing! Relationships with our girlfriends are just so precious. It's easy to get caught up in life and put them on the back burner but nights like that really make you remember how vital they are!!

So... what did you get at Coach!?!? I gave my coupon to my neighbor, I'm regretting that now.. :)

You will have to let me know how the wall art your friends are doing comes out!! So exciting!! Everyone who comes over my house comments on it - and when I tell them I did it - they can't believe it!

Hope you have a great Monday tomorrow!! :)

Oh my gosh... I totally agree about girlfriends. I'm always amazed at how many girls ditch their friends after they get married. I could never... girlfriends are so important.

Sounds like y'all had a fun night. I love having appetizers for dinner... it's the best.
