The weather held out and we were able to make it for the businesspersons special to see the Phillies take on the Toronto Blue Jays. I can’t believe it actually stopped raining long enough to make it through an entire game. It was a crazy day, because around the 6th inning, we looked across the field and heard all of this yelling. We just thought that a wave was starting. It turns out turns there was a huge fight between the fans. It was completely ridiculous and I will never understand fan on fan crime. I also felt horrible because earlier in the game a foul ball came into the section next to us and hit a little kid in the head. Ouch! The last insane thing that happened was this guy (he could not have been a day over 20) was taken out of the bathroom because apparently he passed out from being overly intoxicated. What a mess.

I got some of my favorite Chickie’s & Pete’s Crab Fries and they were delicious. I’m sure I could make them at home, but something about having them at the ballpark makes them taste so good. If you ever visit Philadelphia, I highly recommend trying them.
Even though the Phillies lost, it was still an exciting game because the score went back and forth the entire time. It was nice to take in a game during the afternoon and enjoy some time with Geof. I’ve been working so much lately that those times are few and far between.

That sounds like a crazy game! I have when fans fight! I've mostly seen it at the Yankee vs. Red Sox games, and even tho I get the rivalry and fully support my Yankees, I think it's stupid to involve physical violence over a game!

Those fries look delish! And I love the Diet Coke to go with it. I am a diet coke addict, but the hubs thinks its hilarious when I order not so diet food but insist on drinking diet coke with it. A girls gotta save her calories somewhere right?!?

1) You don't need makeup, you are naturally beautiful.
2) I wonder the same thing about the crazy fans that fight and riot. WHY? I think these are just "angry people" and I don't relate, fortunately :)
